CLEAN FERMENT

A high-purity yeast and nutrient complex for clean, urea-free fermentations. S-PURE is an active dried yeast with optimised nutrition, developed to ferment refined sugar washes up to 15% ABV with a neutral flavour profile.

Dosage and Application
If the fermentation vessel has a mixing facility, S-PURE can be dosed directly into the fermentation media at the appropriate dosage.

If the fermentation vessel does not have a mixing facility, contents can be pre-dissolved in 10 times its weight of water at 25-30°C (77-86°F) using the dosage information provided.
