Dosage and Application
S-PURE+ contains nutrient salts which need to be dissolved in solution to be effective. For indirect pitching, pre-mix with 10 times its weight of water at 25-30ºC (77-86ºF) and mix for 5 minutes before pitching. For direct pitching, ensure that some form of mixing takes place post addition, i.e. continuation of fill or rousing with oxygen.
Note that S-PURE+ is not suitable for propagation or post-fermentation recovery for re-use due to nutrient depletion during fermentation.
