HIGH POWER FERMENT

The original high-power yeast and nutrient complex. TY-48® is a high-alcohol, osmotolerant active dried yeast with optimised nutrition, engineered to reliably ferment refined sugar washes up to 20% ABV.

Dosage and Application
If the fermentation vessel has a mixing facility, TY-48® can be dosed directly into the fermentation media at the appropriate dosage.

If the fermentation vessel does not have a mixing facility, contents can be pre-dissolved in 10 times its weight of water at 25-30°C (77-86°F) using the dosage information provided.
